Because every piece is limited, numbered, and cast once, we ask you to choose with care. That said, we want you to be at ease with your purchase.

Exchanges

If a piece isn't right for you, we accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, in its original keepsake case, with the Certificate of Authenticity intact.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

What Isn't Eligible

• Pieces that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage not present on arrival
• Requests made after the 7-day window
• Pieces returned without their original Certificate of Authenticity
