Our Pieces

Each Manikarnika earring is produced in a stated, limited edition. Once an edition is sold out, it will not be remade. Minor natural variations in hand-finished silver are part of the piece, not a defect.

Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without notice for pieces not yet ordered
• An order is confirmed only once payment has been received and acknowledged by our team
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud or error in listed price or availability

Intellectual Property

The Manikarnika name, logo, photography, and the telling of the Manikarnika story as presented on this site are the property of Manikarnika and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Manikarnika is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this site, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
